Battle Royale Film review

Battle Royale, a dystopic action horror film, directed by Kenji Fukusaku, based on a japanese novel from Koshun Takami. the history goes on a world where exist young gangs and high rates of juvenile delinquency, to stop this, the adult world decides to send a group of kids to fight for their lives  in a far away island. its the original version of the best seller, hunger games.

This movie its about the deathmatch of the class 3-b after an incident with their teacher Kitano, who was stabbed by a student of the class. they sent the entire class to the island of death. I like the movie because use a series of japanese resources very classic of their cinema, a fast montage and a hard to proccess photography, because shows extreme close ups of their expression, the blood and the suffer, really nice stuff. especially of the "protagonist" because the movie  dont havea special character, all member of the class have their own five minutes of fame in the movie, but the student Noriko Nakagawa is the girl who find love in desperate times, (spoiler alert) and also the winner of the deathmatch with their lover Shuya Nanahara. are both my favorite characters, but i dont know exactly why, Maybe beacause their are the voice of love and support, no excent of blood and drama.

I dont know if i have something that i didnt like about the movie, i was really high and everything that i watched looked pretty amazing and powerfull, especcially the dialogues, who was very intense, and allowed me to feel the pain of the students of the class 3-b.

my favorite scene its when one of the female characters who represented the bad girl of the class, baited another classmate into a shed lost in the woods, she said she is going to protect her and its a trick to kill her with a chainsaw to obtain the weapon (a frying pan i guess or a electro shock gun something like that) of the girl. amazing right?.
